Our Company: 3W stands for Wonderful, Worldwide, Worthy. We are a company manufacturing custom fit vehicle floor liners for over 25 years. We are the first company in this field to use TPE and injection molding to manufacture custom fit vehicle floor liners. Developing custom fit floor liner mold is so costly that few companies would invest in this field. We aimed to manufacture the best custom fit floor liners and now we have more than 100 applications. The traditional car floor liners are made by compression molding, which does not allow for many details, causing the floor liners to be rigid stiff. 3W floor liners, on the other hand, are resilient and durable. Our unique design brings floor liners to life and each floor liner is like a piece of artworks.

TPE material : 3W floor liners are made from Thermoplastic Elastomers, which shows advantages of both rubbery materials and plastic materials thus having more strength, resilience, durability and elasticity. It has more outstanding thermal properties and material stability when exposed to an extreme temperature. 3W floor liners has no odor even in extremely hot weather with all car windows closed, and can stay resilient in extremely cold weather. Some baby’s pacifiers are made from the same material. This design won the 2017 Red Dot award in Germany.

Injection molding: The injection molds are subjected to extremely high pressure. As a result, TPE within the molds is pressed harder against the mold compared to any other molding process. Due to this excessively high pressure, it is possible to add a large amount of details into the design of the floor liners. 3W floor liners are designed with different patterns fitting the style of different models of cars. The designs are rich in details and allows for fine engraving to create a non-skid surface vehicle floor liners for the liners to provide friction. It is the same way lego bricks are made.

Custom fit and easy to clean: Each 3W floor liner is custom fit. We scan the interior of each car and computer design the pattern incorporating key elements of the vehicle, gives the floor liners a customized look and feel. The floor liners will match the interior of your car seamlessly. The back of 3W floor liners are designed with air pockets to effectively absorb the noise from the chassis. In addition, every car liner has a raised containment walls protecting your vehicle from all kinds of mess. This special design keeps muds, snow, fluid, debris off your vehicle floor.
